Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and set aside.
  5. In another bowl, toss broccoli florets and diced potatoes with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the broccoli and potatoes to the basket and cook for an additional 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should be at least 165°F (75°C).
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
