Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and set aside.
- In another bowl, toss broccoli florets and diced potatoes with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and potatoes to the basket and cook for an additional 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should be at least 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add cayenne pepper to the spice mix.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
- Consider garnishing with fresh herbs for added flavor and presentation.
