Description
Crispy air fryer apple pie taquitos filled with spiced apples.

- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Spoon a small amount of the apple mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Brush each taquito with melted butter.
- Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For variation, add caramel sauce to the filling.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for a classic dessert pairing.
