Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Spoon a small amount of the apple mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
  5. Brush each taquito with melted butter.
  6. Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
