Instructions
- Peel the plantains and slice them thinly at a diagonal angle.
- In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove chips when golden brown and crispy. Let them cool slightly before serving.
