Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Arrange tomato mixture on a serving platter.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Brush baguette slices with garlic oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomato mixture.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices.
