- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour sauce over the stir-fry and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
