Instructions

  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
