Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
