Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
