  • 300g fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add minced lamb and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in grated carrot, spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach wilts.
