A creamy and indulgent no-bake cheesecake infused with Baileys Irish Cream.

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing the sides.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Baileys and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture.
- Consider using a flavored liqueur for variation.
- Serve with fresh berries for added flavor and presentation.
