Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Place the patties on the slider rolls.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
