Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cubed brioche bread and walnuts, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
