Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the sliced sausage to the bowl and coat evenly with the sauce.
  4. Arrange the coated sausage bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are heated through and caramelized.
