- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and half of the garlic for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add broccoli and remaining garlic and ginger.
- Stir in beef broth and oyster sauce.
- Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
