Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture over the cooked jasmine rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.

- For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
