A savory beef and broccoli noodle stir fry, combining tender beef, fresh broccoli, and chewy noodles in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 15 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add beef to the wok, stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli to the wok, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Add beef back to the wok, along with rice noodles, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Use chicken or tofu as a protein alternative.
- For a gluten-free option, substitute soy sauce with tamari.
