- 10 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
