- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Push ingredients to the side and pour in beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, and toss in chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Experiment with different proteins like chicken or shrimp.
- For a spicier version, add chili sauce.
