- 200g fresh spinach
- 300g flatbread
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the beef mince, breaking it apart; cook until browned.
- Stir in the spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until spinach wilts.
- Spread the beef and spinach mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
