Ingredients

  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 300g flatbread
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the beef mince, breaking it apart; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Spread the beef and spinach mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
