Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a wok, heat oil over high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
- Incorporate bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
