Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the beef on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet, and cook for 1 minute.
