A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add beef, stir-frying until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add green onions just before serving.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sesame oil at the end.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
- Garnish with sesame seeds for presentation.
