Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef, stir-frying until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Add green onions just before serving.
  6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame oil at the end.
  • You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds for presentation.
