Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Add rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture.
- Fold in walnuts and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
