- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs or patties as desired.
- Place the formed meatballs or patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs or patties and return to the oven.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
