Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, sautéed onions, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, dill, and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove leaves from the sour cabbage head, trimming the thick stem if necessary.
