Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.

- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
- Combine rice with the vegetable and egg mixture.
- Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice, stirring well to incorporate.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
