Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a sweeter muffin, add an extra 1/4 cup of sugar.
- For a lemon flavor, add the zest of one lemon to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
