- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and line the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sprinkle the crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, and cheddar cheese evenly over the crescent rolls.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
