Instructions

- For pancakes, combine pancake mix, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add water or milk as directed on the pancake mix package and mix until smooth.
- Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve the egg dish with pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup.
