Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli by blanching in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transferring to an ice bath.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
