Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovy.
  2. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with the dressing.
  4. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again.
  5. Plate the salad and garnish with additional Parmesan, if desired.
