Ingredients

- 2 pounds of large shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 pound of baby potatoes
- 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 quarts of water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and bring to a boil.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and onion. Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Drain the pot and arrange seafood and vegetables on a large platter.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of beer to the boiling water.
