Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of large shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 quarts of water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and onion. Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
  7. Drain the pot and arrange seafood and vegetables on a large platter.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
