  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the beef until browned on all sides.
  2. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
  5. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  6. Set the crockpot on low and cook for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  7. Check for tenderness and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
