Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the mini phyllo cups.
  6. Place cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
