- 1 cup ranch dressing

- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add the sliced sausage to the baking sheet and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing over the mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
