Description
Cheeseburger quesadillas combine the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with the convenience of a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread half of the beef mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese, followed by tomatoes and pickles on top.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Experiment with different cheese varieties for unique flavors.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for added color.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole on the side.
