Description

Cheeseburger quesadillas combine the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with the convenience of a quesadilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread half of the beef mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese, followed by tomatoes and pickles on top.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
  7. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
