- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Add sour cream and flour, mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a fruit topping, add your choice of fresh berries or fruit compote.
- Consider using a water bath to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.
