Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and create a hollow space for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers and nuts if using.
- Stuff each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffed apples.
- Place the apples in a baking dish and add a bit of water to the bottom of the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
