- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the green onions.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bacon.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cream cheese.
- Roll each slice of bacon tightly and secure with a toothpick.
- Place rolled bacon on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bacon is crispy.
- Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
