Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped cotton candy and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For a more colorful presentation, add food coloring to the dough.
