Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  3. Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit chicken and add more vegetables.
