Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit chicken and add more vegetables.
- Experiment with different cheese combinations for unique flavors.
- Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving to set.
