Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and melted butter.
- Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
- Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter before serving.
