Description
A rich and layered cheesy ravioli lasagna that combines the flavors of traditional lasagna with the convenience of store-bought ravioli.
Ingredients

- 12 oz cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use spinach or mushroom ravioli for a different flavor.
- Add fresh basil for garnish before serving.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
