Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
