Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a creamy version, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
- Substitute chicken with turkey for a different flavor.
- Serve over quinoa or whole grain pasta for a complete meal.
