Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, rice, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
