- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, rice, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a variation, add cooked mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for color.
