- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add broccoli and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Combine chicken and broccoli mixture with cheese mixture, stirring until well coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella for a different flavor.
