- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Stir in chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce for desired saltiness.
