Instructions

- Add chicken broth and lemon juice to the skillet, bringing it to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven, stir in butter until melted, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
