- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell peppers. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the bottom, topped with chicken and sautéed vegetables.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
