- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey for chicken.
- For a healthier version, use brown rice and low-fat cheese.
- Add herbs like thyme or parsley for extra flavor.
