Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
