  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your choice of dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to coat.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice chicken into strips.
  8. Lay tortillas flat and layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, and dressing.
  9. Wrap tightly and slice in half diagonally for serving.
